PRIVACY POLICY I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION
I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION's (referred to as "I-LIVE-ON" or "I-LIVE-ON®" or "I-LIVE-ON.com" or "I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller" throughout) Privacy Policy applies to the entire I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller System which includes the I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller Websites, Creator App, Player Apps (i.e. NowStory and VR-Theater), I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service, I-LIVE-ON® System, and all other I-LIVE-ON® Apps & Services, and governs I-LIVE-ON®’s data collection and usage.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to I-LIVE-ON CORPORATION include the I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller Websites and I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller System collectively known as “I-LIVE-ON” or "I-LIVE-ON®". The I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller Websites include i-live-on.com as an E-Commerce Site and other URLs used to display our LifeStory Service. The Creator App and Player Apps are computer downloadable Applications (and may include some In-App Advertising).
I-LIVE-ON uses Shopify's "Privacy & Compliance" App to manage the relevant requirements of 1. Cookie Consent Banner and 2. USA State Privacy Laws (refer CCPA).
By using the I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller Websites, Creator App, Player Apps, I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service, and all other I-LIVE-ON® Apps & Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The I-LIVE-ON® Websites, Creator App, Player Apps, I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service, and associated I-LIVE-ON® Apps & Services and the I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller System are operated under USA ("United States of America") laws. If you access the I-LIVE-ON® Websites and the associated Apps & Services from outside the USA borders, then it will be the same as if you were visiting the USA and ordering an app or service domestically within the USA.

I-LIVE-ON® may develop and change - as its Apps & Services mature, based on User and Market feedback, then improvements and developments to our Apps & Services may be updated. This may include modifications and evolution to this Privacy Policy document.
The term "App" is shorthand for "Application" and is Software, which may also be called a Product, throughout this Agreement.
It is your responsibility to review and reread any update to this Privacy Policy (refer “Changes to Terms” Section below). The most current version of the Privacy Policy will supersede all previous versions, and you explicitly automatically agree to this TERM if you use any of I-LIVE-ON®’s Apps & Services. The User is asked to specifically note this provision.

Privacy disclosures
I-LIVE-ON® generally abides by Google’s Privacy-related policies (as stated below) and abides by a privacy policy that clearly discloses any data collection, sharing and usage that takes place on any site, app, email publication or other property as a consequence of your use of I-LIVE-ON® Apps & Services. The Privacy Policy discloses to users that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users’ browsers or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on your website. Please refer to How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.
Cookies on Google domains
I-LIVE-ON® does not set a cookie on Google’s domains or modify, intercept or delete cookies set on Google’s domains.
Identifying users
I-LIVE-ON® must:
- not use device fingerprints or locally shared objects (e.g., Flash cookies, Browser Helper Objects, HTML5 local storage) other than HTTP cookies, or user-resettable mobile device identifiers designed for use in advertising
- not pass any information to Google data that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information; or that permanently identifies a particular device (such as a mobile phone’s unique device identifier if such an identifier cannot be reset).
- not use our services to identify users or facilitate the merging of personally identifiable information with information previously collected as non-personally identifiable information without robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that identification or merger. Irrespective of users’ consent, you must not attempt to disaggregate data that Google reports in aggregate.

- However, if the User chooses them self to include personal information of any type in their Story or I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service that they make available to the public through I-LIVE-ON®’s Apps and Services then this overrides the above.
Use of device and location data
I-LIVE-ON® does not collect, process, or disclose information that identifies or can be used to infer an end user’s precise geographic location, such as sourced from GPS, Wi-Fi or cell tower data sources.
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers of online advertising and measurement personal data out of Europe. For those services where Google acts as a processor, the Google Ads Data Processing Terms include, as necessary for the relevant data transfers, both the relevant SCCs issued by the European Commission (to help legitimize data transfers under the GDPR) and UK SCCs (to help legitimize data transfers under the GDPR as incorporated into UK law). Similarly, for those services where Google acts as a controller, the Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms include, as necessary for the relevant data transfers, both the relevant European Commission-issued SCCs and UK SCCs.
If I-LIVE-ON® processes personal data that originated in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland and that is made available by Google in connection with partner’s use of Google Ad Manager, then:
- I-LIVE-ON® must only use that personal data in a manner consistent with the consent provided by the data subject to whom it relates;
- I-LIVE-ON® must provide a level of protection for that personal data that is at least equivalent to that required under the SCCs; and
- if I-LIVE-ON® determines that it cannot comply with the above requirements, partner must notify Google in writing, and either cease processing the personal data or take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy such non-compliance.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection act (COPPA)
I-LIVE-ON® does not permit under thirteen-year-old children to use I-LIVE-ON®’s services.
Collection of your Personal Information
To better provide you with Software Apps and Services offered on our Site, I-LIVE-ON® will collect personally identifiable information, such as through our third-party signup process and your use of our Creator App, Player Apps, I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service wherein you store your personal information within the Apps or Services. If you are only creating a Story and reviewing it via the Creator App or NowStory Player App on your Computer - then no additional Personally Identifiable Information is sent to I-LIVE-ON®.
The Creator App and Player Apps send analytics data from the Application (i.e. App) to third-party provider Servers to assist us improve the Application for our Users. No Personally Identifiable Information is collected through this analytics collection process.
As an integral part of I-LIVE-ON® providing the I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service you are giving permission to I-LIVE-ON® to store your User Story ILO File, and all its associated content in our third party vendor partner servers. This data may be used by I-LIVE-ON® to analyze trends and other perform various computational analyses as I-LIVE-ON® sees fit to develop either in the present or in the future. In the process of such data analyses, all Personal Identifiable Information will be removed from any and all data sets so developed.
Such I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service data analyses, based on the information stored in potentially millions of User Stories collected over the centuries - may provide important insights for humanity’s future use. If you do not agree with such usage of your User Story - then do not order a I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service.
If you purchase I-LIVE-ON®’s Software Apps and Services, our E-commerce vendor partner will collect credit card and billing address information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. As part of the use of such third-party service providers in our I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller System E-commerce and backend user signup processes we may collect and store your name, email, location and which App or Service you have purchased (and time / date of purchase). IMPORTANTLY, I-LIVE-ON® will not have access to your Credit Card details, only the last 4 digits of the Credit Card number.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through I-LIVE-ON®’s public message boards or through the Creator App - after you create a Story or sign-up for a I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service, then this information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect any other personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain Software Apps or Services available from the Website. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Website; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information (such as billing address) when ordering and purchasing Software Apps and Services on our Website. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to Services and / or Software Apps you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

I-LIVE-ON® may collect and use your personal information to operate its Website(s) and deliver the Apps and Services you have requested. I-LIVE-ON® may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other Software Apps and Services available from I-LIVE-ON® and its affiliates. However, this will only occur if you order any of I-LIVE-ON®’s Apps and Services.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
I-LIVE-ON® does not sell, rent or lease its User lists to third parties. I-LIVE-ON® may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (name, email, location) is not transferred to the third party. I-LIVE-ON® may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you an email, or provide User support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these support Services to I-LIVE-ON®, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
I-LIVE-ON® may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on I-LIVE-ON® or our Website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of I-LIVE-ON®; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of I-LIVE-ON®, or the public.
Tracking User Website Behavior, Creator App and Player Apps Advertising
I-LIVE-ON® may keep track of the Websites and pages our Users visit within the I-LIVE-ON® Website, in order to determine which I-LIVE-ON® Apps & Services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the I-LIVE-ON® Websites, I-LIVE-ON Creator App and I-LIVE-ON Player Apps to Users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. No Personally Identifiable Information is collected through this process.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by I-LIVE-ON®. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the I-LIVE-ON® Websites.
Google User Data
I-LIVE-ON® does not use, store or share your Google User Data with third parties, except through your Story, I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service, via any I-LIVE-ON® Apps or Services that you choose to sign-up for.

Children Under Thirteen
I-LIVE-ON® does not permit under thirteen-year-old children to use I-LIVE-ON®’s services.

Disconnecting your I-LIVE-ON® Account from Third Party Websites
You may be able to connect your I-LIVE-ON® account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR I-LIVE-ON® ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES). Email Communications
From time to time, I-LIVE-ON® may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, or reminders about subscription renewals and/or other general communication.
External Data Storage Websites
We may store your data (including your Story or I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service) on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted OR with whom we believe are considered good business partners (such as Google Drive or other third party vendors).
Storage on Cloud Share Drive and your Computer
As part of the overall I-LIVE-ON® Storyteller System, a copy of the User ILO File (which is the file folder that contains all your files associated with the Story or I-LIVE-ON-LifeStory Service created by the User) may be saved on the User Computer Hard-Drive and optionally to the User Cloud Share Drive.
Changes to these Terms
I-LIVE-ON® reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will automatically supersede all previous versions.
Significant changes in the way we treat Personal Information will be notified in general by updating any privacy information on revised versions of this Privacy Policy. However, you will NOT be personally notified - rather it is your responsibility to review the latest Privacy Policy that is posted on this I-LIVE-ON® Website. Your continued use of the Creator App and Player Apps on your Windows PC Desktop / Laptop or MAC Desktop / Notebook or other electronic device, Websites and / or the Services available through this Website after such modification changes will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
